I am going to move backwards with my nuke site and return to a base and secure site. Would the best idea be to use 7.6 with chatservs Patch ? Is this the best way to go ?

Ive heard that as well and it has been mentioned on nukeresources.com. I just am going to clean house and start anew. I decided to use the 7.6 and the 7.6 patch by chatserv. I was going to go back to 6.5 but i figure this should be stable after all of the run throughs chatserv has put it through.

I really like the wysiwyg editor from the new version though- it makes entering news so much simpler...

no matter what i do i cannot get this forum to work. Ive set up nuke atleast 40 times and never had this trouble. No errors when creating the forum, just when i go to view even the main page i see no content.

What are you referring to metopen or another site?

If it's another site was it an upgrade?

i did a fresh install to my site and could not for the life of me get it to work, never ever seen that before. So i trashed the entire install and started fresh again and now i am finally backup. Once i get a theme converted i will post a link to the site. Thanks for the quick reply.

I'm glad it worked out.

I once had trouble on an upgrade- the answer was a missing field in one of the forums tables...
