You will notice the image background in the Tags-OrangePeco theme.
Not all themes use images for a background.
In MetOpenHome module index.php does not seem to accept image backgrounds.

Ok as admin you have a admin menu on the left side of your sreen, unless you told the block not to load. In order it says:

We are working on it - hopefully he will put in some of my stuff (with the language file you just mentioned)
as far as admin stuff - Admin is the only one that sees the Edit catagory from the homep ... |

Print to pdf comes up with with blank page. I get the same thing from your pages as well. Adobe reader 7.0 is on my computer.
